KITCHEN: Fully equipped with: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the kitchen essentials (wine glasses, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc.)

NO PARTIES: Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this studio. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine for guests.

LATE CHECKOUT: Any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.

NO PETS: Please note that we do NOT allow pets in the property. Any pets will incur a $100 fee pet.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PROPERTY: Any missing or damaged property will result in a fine. Please take care of our home as if it were your own.

QUIET HOURS: are 8pm-10am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $250 fine. ◦

SMOKING POLICY: No smoking allowed. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees.
